Gaslight ("the App") is developed and operated by ba-apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
The App stores the following preferences exclusively on your device using the operating system's local storage:

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Gaslight integrates the following third-party services, each with their own data practices:
Google AdMob — Displays advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and interaction data for ad personalization. Google Privacy Policy
Firebase Crashlytics — Collects anonymous crash reports in release builds only, including device model, OS version, and stack traces. No personally identifiable information is included. Firebase Privacy
In-App Purchases — Handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process or store any payment information.
Free-tier users see banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Ad personalization is managed by your device's advertising settings. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's privacy settings.
On iOS, we use Apple's SKAdNetwork framework for privacy-preserving ad attribution. This does not track individual users.

We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive permissions.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. Data collected by third-party SDKs (AdMob, Crashlytics) is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Local preferences are retained until you uninstall the app or clear app data. Crash reports in Firebase are retained for 90 days. Ad interaction data is managed by Google per their retention policies.
All local data is stored using the platform's built-in secure storage mechanisms (SharedPreferences on Android, UserDefaults on iOS). No data is transmitted to ba-apps servers.
Gaslight is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, most requests are fulfilled by uninstalling the app.
You have the right to know what data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Under KVKK Law No. 6698, you have rights to learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to automated processing. Contact us at the email below for any KVKK-related requests.
Crash reports and ad data may be processed by Google in data centers outside your country of residence. Google maintains appropriate safeguards for international transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
