By downloading, installing, or using Gaslight ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Gaslight is a mobile utility application that generates periodic vibrations to keep an optical mouse sensor active, thereby preventing the connected computer from entering idle or sleep mode. The App is available for iOS and Android devices.

The daily usage limit resets at the start of each calendar day based on your device's local time.
Gaslight Premium is a one-time, non-recurring purchase (not a subscription). The price is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Once purchased, Premium access is permanent and does not expire.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). ba-apps does not collect, store, or process any payment information directly. Payment terms, including pricing, taxes, and currency, are governed by the respective store's terms.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your Premium purchase using the "Restore Purchases" button in the App's settings. This queries the App Store or Play Store for your purchase history.
Refund eligibility and processing are subject to the respective store's refund policies.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You shall not:
All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks associated with Gaslight are the property of ba-apps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ba-apps does not warrant that:
Use of the App is at your own risk. Results may vary depending on your device, mouse hardware, and system settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba-apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost productivity, data loss, or device damage.
The App uses third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, Apple/Google in-app purchase systems). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ba-apps is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. ba-apps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Premium purchases remain valid as long as the App is available on the respective store.
ba-apps may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
