1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clink (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Clink is a wedding and event planning utility for managing guest lists, RSVP tracking, floor plans, seating optimization, reports, exports, and optional cloud collaboration.

3. Your Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the event, guest, contact, RSVP, note, message, and seating data you enter, import, sync, share, or export through the App. You agree that you have the right to use and process any guest or contact information you add to Clink.

Do not upload or share unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized data.
Do not use Clink to send spam, harassment, or unlawful messages.
Review exported seating plans, reports, and messages before sharing them.

4. Seating and RSVP Results

Clink provides planning assistance and algorithmic seating suggestions. You remain responsible for reviewing the final seating arrangement, guest information, RSVP status, venue layout, and exported files before relying on them for an event.

5. Clink Pro Subscription

Clink may offer a paid Clink Pro subscription with benefits such as unlimited projects, cloud sync, collaboration, RSVP links, CSV/contact import, and an ad-free experience. Exact features and pricing are shown in the App at the time of purchase.

6. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID or Google account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a free trial is offered, unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. Refunds

All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside the store systems.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

Clink, its design, code, branding, and original content are owned by ba-apps or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that seating suggestions will satisfy every real-world requirement or preference.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ba-apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including event planning errors, data loss, missed messages, or reliance on generated seating plans.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
