By downloading, installing, or using the Conflip application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Conflip is a real-time group decision-making application that allows users to create rooms, add options, invite participants, and vote by swiping to determine a group's preferred choice. The App is provided by ba-apps ("Developer," "we," "us").
The App uses anonymous authentication. No account registration is required. You choose a nickname and avatar to identify yourself within rooms. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate conduct under your chosen identity.

Users may submit text content as room options. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not monitor or moderate user-submitted content in real-time but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms. All room content is automatically deleted within 24 hours.
The App offers a premium subscription that provides the following benefits:
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have premium access until the period expires. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable. We do not process payments or have access to your payment information.
The App and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The App is a decision-making aid and should not be used for critical, medical, legal, or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. All room data is automatically deleted within 24 hours regardless of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
